缅甸克钦独立军（KIA）信息宣传部门负责人诺布上校确认，5月13日傍晚，KIA司令康伦中将因慢性肝病去世。

B |     Approximately 300 people were arrested by Capitol Police during a large-scale demonstration on Wednesday against the Israel-Hamas war, a Capitol Police spokesperson said.Most were arrested for demonstrating in the Capitol, according to the spokesperson.Hundreds of people had gathered in and outside of the U.S. Capitol complex on Wednesday before the arrests, calling for an end to the conflict between Israel and Hamas, a Palestinian militant group that launched a terror attack in Israel earlier this month.Some of the demonstrators, organized by a left-wing Jewish group, then entered the Cannon House Office Building at different security entrance points and assembled in the rotunda, the police spokesperson said.The large-scale demonstration follows a similar event at the White House earlier this week that also resulted in dozens of arrests.Protesters, like the rest of the public, can legally enter the Capitol complex and only risk issues when they cause a disturbance, according to the police spokesperson.Police departments from the surrounding areas were called in to help at the complex on Wednesday, including Washington's Metropolitan Police and officers from Virginia, according to law enforcement sources.Some lawmakers, who have offices in the Cannon House Office Building, chided the demonstrators."The irony is the US Constitution protects these protesters freedom to be absolute idiots," Rep. Ryan Zinke, R-Mont., wrote in a post on X.ABC News' Jack Date contributed to this report.。

诺布上校称，是真的，我们KIA的司令康伦中将5月13日傍晚6点23分左右去世，主要因为慢性肝病。他患有慢性肝病，已经治疗了2－3年左右了，一直在服药、治疗。4月份还去医院治疗，返回后就这样不幸去世了。

一名克钦消息人士也称，听说是肝病，上周都还召集帮他祈祷，我有留意到。

康伦中将去世时，享年62岁。目前，KIA有2名副司令，分别是昂塞拉少将和左党准将。

康伦中将任KIA司令后，2023年10月份开始，KIA一级一级开展了占领军方部队据点营地的行动，在掸邦北部和克钦邦地区占领不少军方部队据点营地。

C | 2024年3月7日攻势加速后，拉咱附近、歪莫、莫茂、曼西、八莫、雷基、帕敢、塔乃、孙布拉蚌、密支那等辖区占领了不少军方部队据点以及营部。

康伦中将不仅任KIA司令，还任NUG国防部第一军区指挥官，NUG的第一军区范围包括实皆省、马圭省、曼德勒省和掸邦部分地区。

在KIA控区接受培训时，曾与康伦中介接触过的实皆省PDF 1名成员称，他热爱艺术，也很了解下属，是一位具有军事智慧的好领导者。
