六 | 每年的8月份，榛子树的果实逐步成熟。至9月份，果实全部下树。
七 | 之后，员工开始挑选榛子，型号差不多的收集在一起，以便区分精品、普通等品质。这些活计，目前已经干得差不多了，到11月中旬将全部完工。
八 | “今年收成不错，能产近7万斤榛子，产值能达到100余万元。”周广兴说，“充分利用山上的地块，明年再栽种近万棵榛子树。” 几年来，凭借良好的信誉及科学管理，这里的榛子闯出了名堂，本地及外地的消费者或前来购买，或网上订购，至11月底，基本售空。 同时，由周广兴牵头任支部书记，成立兴发种植养殖合作社党支部。到了年底，合作社将部分收益给一些村民分红，极大地提高了村民生产积极性。 “党群致富有新意，生产经营有创意。良好的发展态势，让大家充满干劲儿。榛子浑身都是宝，我们将引进先进的生产线，用来深加工，提炼榛子油，余下的粉末制作食品，带领大家在共同致富的道路上阔步前行。
